A few months ago, Tele-Mark A/S was contacted by one of Europe’s leading van manufacturers. Invited to outline how we could contribute to raising the level and quality of their market processing. Several of their salespeople know us from previous jobs, and when asked, several had pointed to Tele-Mark A/S as the preferred partner, which is why we were invited to the process.

Bravida, the largest technical contractor/installation company in the Nordic region, ran an exciting and very specific and targeted meeting booking project in November-December 2014 together with Tele-Mark A/S. According to Bravida, the results have been particularly remarkable. Bravida has been allowed to submit offers to almost 30 targeted companies, including several offers of over 300,000 DKK. In total, offers have been made for several million DKK. Several of the offers have long since been accepted by the customers. According to Bravida, this represents a very interesting ROI. Therefore, it has not been difficult for Bravida to decide that the collaboration should develop and intensify! This is now in process.

In the midst of the hustle and bustle of “hunting” new potential customers, it is important that a company does not forget about existing customers.

Although we at Tele-Mark A/S make our living by, among other things, creating contact with new potential customers, we know that it is, after all, the cheapest and perhaps easiest to retain and nurture existing customers. We work very hard on this every day.

Therefore, it is with great pleasure that we can state that a good 83% of the customers we worked with in 2013 showed us the trust to also work with us in 2014. We consider this to be a great proportion. We have decided not to rest on our laurels in 2015, where the goal is to get above 85%. To succeed with this, it is necessary that all employees also give their best in 2015. 85% does not just happen by itself! With over 37,000 booked meetings in 2014, we have thus attended more than 800 “exams” per week.

We are all ready to do what it takes to retain our existing customers, as well as to show new customers that a collaboration with Tele-Mark A/S creates value – also for the customer!

Since 2013, Tele-Mark A/S has assisted the Danish Forest Association in the dialogue with new potential members of the Danish Forest Association. This has created 100 new members to date.

Tele-Mark A/S is incredibly happy about the collaboration. The contact with the Danish forest owners is incredibly positive, relevant and interesting. The job as a telemarketing assistant, phone operator, contact broker, etc. can be a psychological burden – this is a fact that the industry as a whole should keep in mind and act accordingly.

It is a fact that the industry has problems with the working environment, both physical and psychological, which is why the Danish Working Environment Authority conducts a number of risk-based inspections. Tele-Mark A/S and FCSI ApS have, after a very successful test earlier this year, entered into a more far-reaching and long-term agreement. The goal in the short term is to contact up to 3000 farmers twice a year in Denmark alone initially, later German biogas plants will probably also be considered.

After a successful test period, where every third company we spoke to could see the relevance of meeting with our customer, a total of 3 different projects have now been launched, targeting 3 different segments. It must be said that a meeting percentage at that level is extremely high, and far from everyday life in Tele-Mark A/S. The high percentage is due to several things, including primarily the fact that this particular customer has a good concept, a good reputation, a strong profile and not least some good products/services. All of which speaks in favor of choosing a business partner even more carefully. To ensure quality and serious communication that is in line with the other parameters in the company.

We have been working seriously with BTB meeting booking for 25 years, and in particular the last 10-11 years we have been at the forefront of securing our customers’ brand and position in the market.
