Tele-Mark A/S has supported elite handball in Aarhus for many years by being a sponsor of Aarhus Handball. It was therefore quite natural for us to support the merger between Skanderborg and Aarhus, which became Skanderborg-Aarhus Handball with the start of the 20-21 season. After an absolutely fantastic first season, where the team finished 4th in the regular season, and therefore qualified for Europe, Tele-Mark A/S has chosen to intensify the collaboration considerably, we have thus replaced our two-year Top Partner sponsorship with a two-year Premium Partner sponsorship. We are very much looking forward to following the team even more closely, and not least we are looking forward to going with the team to Berlin on 5-6 December where Füchse Berlin awaits in the EHF European League.

Tele-Mark A/S’s efforts contribute significantly to Business Club Aarhus reaching a major milestone.

During 2011, after Tele-Mark A/S had become a member of Business Club Aarhus, Business Club Aarhus and Kirstine Lystager decided to test Tele-Mark A/S in terms of recruiting new members to the association, which at that time had a good 80 members. Michael Laursen, contact person at Tele-Mark A/S, was thoroughly involved in the project and carried out the test. It quickly became clear that there was a good interest in memberships in the Aarhus network.

Here, a good 10 years later, we have run 3-4 exciting recruitment campaigns together, with Michael at the helm, and in December 2021 we reached the milestone the club’s board had set; 200 members. In fact, yesterday the association just reached 202 members – and there are a number of unresolved dialogues that will be resolved over the next 5-6 months. So I wonder if the number will increase further.

Kirstine Lystager from Business Club Aarhus stopped by Tele-Mark A/S today with this beautiful gift for Michael, as a thank you for the significant effort he has made over more than 10 years to increase the membership from just over 80 to currently 202 interesting members. It is truly impressive.

Michael is further proof of what really matters when choosing a partner in our industry, namely that the partner has full-time employees with long seniority. This is honestly far more important for the net result and the benefit of the collaboration than the lower price you can buy it for if you choose an agency with employees without much seniority.

C3 Consulting ApS celebrates 10 years of collaboration with Tele-Mark A/S within btb meeting booking

Some people ask whether it is possible to have a customer for 10 years in BTB meeting booking? The short answer is yes, Tele-Mark A/S has many examples of this, and even customers for 20 and 30 years are not uncommon. It is of course a prerequisite that the customer gets business and benefits from the collaboration, also in the 10th, 20th and 30th year. Nothing comes by itself – not even success with BTB meeting booking.

There are many parameters that influence the results, for example Tele-Mark A/S’s approach to the work and our process, and that Tele-Mark A/S’s contact agents are professional, experienced and competent. Factors at our customers’ side also play a role in the joint success. For example, that the customer has competent salespeople, that the customer has products or services that the market and companies can see the value in, and that the customer’s reputation and brand are positive, all play a role.

At Tele-Mark A/S, we are even very aware of the factors that affect our customers’ results, such as having experienced contact agents. This is also evidenced by the collaboration with C3 Consulting ApS.
Because not only do they have a 10-year anniversary as a customer with us, they also have a 10-year anniversary with their Tele-Mark A/S contact agent, Thomas. Something we actually experience more and more often as the years go by.

C3 Consulting ApS case.
In January 2011, a new client knocked on the door of Tele-Mark A/S. It was C3 Consulting ApS, a consultancy founded in 2006 by Annette Dahl. C3 contacted Tele-Mark A/S because they had been recommended to us through a professional network.

The collaboration between Tele-Mark A/S and C3 Consulting ApS was initiated, and Thomas, who Tele-Mark A/S hired in May 2007, was quickly identified as the right contact person for the project. Since then, the collaboration has
developed, to run year after year and still with Thomas at the helm and the helm.

Sønderjysk Elitesport and SUSAM approached Tele-Mark A/S in early 2020, based on good recommendations from their network. A collaboration was put into play, in the form of a classic Tele-Mark A/S test, and Sønderjysk Elitesport thus signed a contract with Tele-Mark A/S. The test turned out to give Sønderjysk Elitesport and SUSAM the desired dominance in the sales department. In the fall of 2020, we extended the contract for another 2 years, just before the contract expired. At the same time, Tele-Mark A/S has also made an agreement with SønderjyskE. The idea is to use the collaboration with SUSAM and Sønderjysk Elitesport as leverage for the large and attractive SønderjyskE market. For this purpose, Sønderjysk Elitesport and SUSAM have proven to be extremely effective. When you become part of the SønderjyskE family, you become part of SUSAM, a highly professional setup. We experience that the collaboration opens precisely the doors that make sense for Tele-Mark A/S, and we expect a lot from the coming years on the SønderjyskE home field.

Sønderjysk Elitesport and SUSAM also benefit from the contract. Henrik Jepsen, Commercial Manager at SUSAM A/S, says: “Here at Sønderjysk Elitesport and SUSAM, we are very satisfied with and proud of the collaboration with Tele-Mark A/S. Yesterday, 17 years ago, we welcomed Ann. Without prior knowledge of BtB meeting booking, she dedicated herself to Tele-Mark A/S and the difficult discipline it is. Goal-oriented and serious in her work, Ann developed positively over the years, and we can safely say that her sense of qualitative meeting booking has “hit” Tele-Mark A/S customers.

It would not be wrong to assume that Ann books between 15 and 20 qualitative meetings for a number of regular customers in a workweek. This means that Ann at Tele-Mark A/S has booked somewhere between 11,730 and 15,640 meetings – which is impressive. If we assume that our customers convert 20% of Ann’s meetings over time, then Ann is the start of between a good 2,300 and 3,100 companies becoming customers of one of Tele-Mark A/S’s customers. We dare not make an estimate of how much revenue this represents – but it is certainly a lot.

At some point in the “old days”, we at Tele-Mark A/S introduced anniversary wine; 1 bottle of wine per year of employment. A testament to what Tele-Mark A/S might have once been, a telemarketing agency with many students and a sky-high employee turnover. Over the years, we have changed most things fundamentally, some even several times, but anniversary wine is something we have happily kept. Therefore, we are of course happy to present 17 bottles of wine to Ann, and with great thanks for the efforts made in the first 17 years. We look forward to at least 17 more years, which is not unrealistic at all, as Ann is still one of the younger people in the house.

Tele-Mark A/S enters into an agreement for the 15th and 16th years.

Today we have made an agreement to call approximately 10,000 companies in 2020 and 10,000 companies in 2021 with one of our good customers.

In itself, it’s fantastic to be allowed to make a difference for our customers, but when we have to make a difference for 15 and 16 years, well, it’s hard for us to find words – but we are proud. That’s for sure.

This is only possible because we employ the country’s best and most experienced BtB contact brokers, of whom no less than 9 have been here for more than 10 years full-time.

In addition to opening the doors to our customers, we are also opening the door to our lovely domicile in Aarhus, with the beautiful meeting room tower. The domicile has now formed the framework for Denmark’s best BtB full-time contact intermediaries for a good three years. In connection with the move in August 2016, the domicile was completely tailored, completely modernized and thought out to accommodate perhaps the country’s most modern and professional agency within BtB meeting booking, with around 60 very mature employees. Considerable investment was made in noise reduction, optimal interior design, acoustics, indoor climate and working environment. Thus, we are pleased to note that we still appreciate on a daily basis how good a framework we actually have for being able to service our many and loyal customers.

We were very aware that in connection with the move, we had to remember our unique Tele-Mark atmosphere and soul. Now, just over 3 years later, we can state that we have fully succeeded in that mission. Tele-Mark A/S is still an exceptionally cozy company, with a very special atmosphere, you feel it as soon as you look inside, customers and guests still tell us, which means a lot to us.

Yesterday we had a visit from Carsten, the owner of Boligcare (www.boligcare.dk). The purpose of the visit was to launch another project. The idea is that the project will run in parallel with the project we launched in mid-March.

Carsten took the opportunity to thank Tele-Mark A/S and especially Caroline for the efforts and results so far. He gave a brief status of the collaboration; Out of the 12 meetings booked so far, all have been held. Furthermore, Carsten has already made contracts with 6 of the companies. A closing rate of 50% of the booked visits will probably be considered a success by most, at least it has exceeded the expectations Carsten had when he entered into the collaboration with us, he says.

Carsten was referred by a customer from Vejle, whom Tele-Mark A/S has serviced since 2004.
