Tele-Mark A/S is participating in a large public tender for a large project targeted at a very specific target group in collaboration with one of the largest media agencies in Denmark. The campaign consists, for our part, of booking a minimum of 2000 meetings over 2-3 months, recruiting for a number of focus groups. On Tuesday, October 18, there will be a presentation of our joint project. There are a total of 3 of us left out of the total of 12 who were able to bid. Tele-Mark is proud that we have entered into a very good collaboration with one of the largest media agencies in Denmark, and not least that we are one of the last 3 left. We attribute our success to, among other things, our focus on quality, ongoing evaluation, advice and flexibility and not least our strong project management, which may not be found in Denmark. On October 24, it will be decided whether we have been skilled and lucky enough to go all the way.

As of September 1, Tele-Mark A/S has hired Martin Søborg. Martin’s task will primarily be to contribute to achieving our ambitious 3-year plan, which has just been initiated. Martin will work closely with Partner Mads Elefsen Kudsk to acquire new customers, and service and develop the many existing customers we have on board after a good 22 years in the market.

Martin Søborg has been a customer of Tele-Mark A/S on several occasions, and when the opportunity suddenly arose, neither Tele-Mark A/S nor Martin were slow to see the possibilities for a fruitful collaboration.

About Martin Søborg: After a number of years at Dansk Supermarked Inkøb, Martin wanted to try the challenges on the other side of the desk. So far, it has been 6 years, most recently as sales manager at Århus Håndbold.

Tele-Mark A/S has had a very good collaboration with Vejle Boldklub Kolding for several years, where we have been part of the network as a business club member. Therefore, we have chosen to link up even more closely with the club and expand the collaboration, and so it was natural to become a member of the Champions Club.

All employees at Tele-Mark A/S always work with the goal that our customers should have good and well-qualified meetings . Yesterday morning we received feedback from one of our brand new customers, HR-Jura.com, specializing in personnel law. Just yesterday, Helene Bjerg Kofod from HR-Jura.com held the first of a series of meetings that Tele-Mark A/S has booked. After a good 2-hour meeting, Helene Bjerg Kofod had closed an agreement with the company. This not only shows that Helene Bjerg Kofod has a really good concept that suits the target group, but it also shows how important it is to have the right partner who is able to understand and explain the concept, at the same time as being able to identify whether the concept fits with the individual company in the target group, and who is not least able to get the meeting booked in the calendar. After all, it is a matter of course in today’s Denmark, and a competence that only very few have.

After a fantastic success for the large Danish cultural institution, with which we have collaborated since the summer of 2010, the institution has spread the message to two other large cultural institutions in Denmark. Tele-Mark A/S is now very close to being able to close cooperation agreements with both of them. Two new customers that we are very much looking forward to servicing.

Although meeting bookings made by Tele-Mark are effective, we must acknowledge that the “word of mouth” method often has a higher hit rate, we cannot change that. However, it is probably the fewest companies that can live off what comes “of its own accord” in that way. The vast majority of companies need to supplement what “comes of its own accord” by being out in the field with salespeople, etc.

Tele-Mark A/S is experiencing again this year that our customers want our services right up until we go on summer vacation. Right up until July 8th, we are working hard to get the last things done before we all go on a well-deserved summer vacation from week 28.

Tele-Mark A/S has in the past 12 months carried out a large number of campaigns for several job centers. Including for Jobcenter Kalundborg. One project aimed to book 46 meetings with local companies, without current contact with the job center, the goal of the meeting was to establish Partnership Agreements between the municipality and the employer. The job center has provided us with a copy of their internal evaluation. This states, among other things:

  • “The project has had a very big impact.”
  • “It has been effective that a professional phone company has “paved the way” and prepared the business for our visit. This has meant that the businesses have been well-prepared and ready to enter into agreements.”
  • “However, it is highly recommended to continue working with the phone company, as the success rate has been high.”
  • “The business consultants have, in a total of 46 meetings with a similar number of companies, concluded partnership agreements/business centers at the 38 companies. 82.6% of the visits thus resulted in the conclusion of partnership agreements.”
  • “The collaboration with the phone company and between our own consultants has worked very well and the results have been exceptionally good.”

Tele-Mark A/S is of course very proud to receive such an evaluation, and not least that we have been allowed to use it here on our website. And we are very much looking forward to servicing all the job centers that are our customers today. And the new ones we hope to get in touch with during the autumn.

As stated in JP Aarhus on May 12, 2011, Aarhus Handball has had a large influx of sponsors, and continues to do so. Read more about this: http://spn.dk/handbold/article2428217.ece

At the end of 2010, Tele-Mark A/S was involved in the work of contacting potential new sponsors for Aarhus Handball. In short, the project involved contacting 500 Aarhus companies with the aim of inviting them to a selected VIP event. This resulted in over 100 of the companies participating in the event, several of which have since become sponsors of the club, as stated in the article in JP. It also appears that Aarhus Handball’s own follow-up of the over 100 companies is still ongoing, and a continued approach is expected.

Tele-Mark A/S is naturally proud and very satisfied with the results, and not least with the feedback on our work, which we subsequently received in an email from Aarhus Handball. Here they note, among other things, the following:

Shortly after the New Year, Tele-Mark A/S took over the meeting booking for a large Danish educational institution. The first completed project has just been evaluated. The institution expresses great enthusiasm. A meeting organizer who has several years of experience with externally booked meetings says that these are the most qualified meetings she has held.

The next project is already in the works, it will be exciting to further develop the collaboration and to use this reference as another lever for more educational institutions in other areas of Denmark.
