Tele-Mark A/S has in the past 12 months carried out a large number of campaigns for several job centers. Including for Jobcenter Kalundborg. One project aimed to book 46 meetings with local companies, without current contact with the job center, the goal of the meeting was to establish Partnership Agreements between the municipality and the employer. The job center has provided us with a copy of their internal evaluation. This states, among other things:
- “The project has had a very big impact.”
- “It has been effective that a professional phone company has “paved the way” and prepared the business for our visit. This has meant that the businesses have been well-prepared and ready to enter into agreements.”
- “However, it is highly recommended to continue working with the phone company, as the success rate has been high.”
- “The business consultants have, in a total of 46 meetings with a similar number of companies, concluded partnership agreements/business centers at the 38 companies. 82.6% of the visits thus resulted in the conclusion of partnership agreements.”
- “The collaboration with the phone company and between our own consultants has worked very well and the results have been exceptionally good.”
Tele-Mark A/S is of course very proud to receive such an evaluation, and not least that we have been allowed to use it here on our website. And we are very much looking forward to servicing all the job centers that are our customers today. And the new ones we hope to get in touch with during the autumn.
