Tele-Mark is a bit atypical compared to many of our competitors, as we largely only employ full-time employees. This means that we function like any other workplace, where you are expected to show up on time, dress nicely, and focus on doing a good job when you are at work. If you can meet these simple conditions, we can in turn offer you a job in an organization where there is room for everyone and where you can achieve a very high degree of freedom under responsibility.

As an employee of Tele-Mark A/S, we expect you to be able to work independently and purposefully, with the aim of fulfilling our customers’ wishes for your efforts.

You will quickly be assigned to a number of tasks where you are responsible for ensuring that our customers see the collaboration with Tele-Mark A/S as successful. You will typically be assigned to 2-3 projects where you will become a crucial employee. In this regard, you will also have a lot of communication with our customers.

You can expect that you will have to plan your efforts to a large extent independently so that you meet the desired goals. There will be a project manager assigned to all projects, but you have independent responsibility for ensuring that the customer receives the desired services, and if there are problems with the project, we expect you to take the initiative to get these resolved so that our customers get the best out of the collaboration.
