Tele-Mark A/S receives a green smiley from the Danish Working Environment Authority.

The job as a telemarketing assistant, phone operator, contact broker, etc. can be a psychological burden – this is a fact that the industry as a whole should keep in mind and act accordingly.

At Tele-Mark A/S, the position is clear: it is our natural duty to do as much as possible to take care of both the physical and mental working environment. Fortunately, the reason we can make a difference for our customers is simply primarily our employees, their abilities, qualifications and motivation. Therefore, job satisfaction and the working environment are of great importance to us.

On August 27, 2014, we were visited by the Danish Working Environment Authority. It is a fact that the industry has problems with the working environment, both physical and psychological, which is why the Danish Working Environment Authority conducts a number of risk-based inspections. We are therefore very satisfied that there was nothing to note during the inspection.
