Mads Elefsen Kudsk

Mads is a partner in Tele-Mark A/S and, in close collaboration with Allan, shares the strategic and managerial responsibility for the company’s growth and continuous development. Their professional partnership has deep roots, dating back to their studies at Aarhus School of Business in the 1990s, which has created a solid foundation for the strategic direction and commercial success they have created together for Tele-Mark A/S. With responsibility for sales and marketing of Tele-Mark A/S solutions, concepts and areas of expertise, Mads is a key player in the company’s customer-facing activities. He has over 25 years of experience working with senior executives and sales managers across various industries, which has given him in-depth insight into the specific needs and expectations of customers, regardless of whether they are small businesses or large organizations. Mads has a proven track record in designing and optimizing effective sales processes and strategies, resulting in increased sales results and increased customer satisfaction at Tele-Mark A/S. He also has a well-developed sense of anticipating and understanding the trends and requirements that characterize BtB sales, which gives customers the trust and value they seek in a modern partner within BtB meeting booking. With a Master of Science in Business Administration as a theoretical foundation, Mads combines his academic understanding with extensive practical experience in strategic and commercial management, making him a crucial driving force behind Tele-Mark A/S’s competitiveness and innovation in the market.
Allan Falch

- Project management
Allan is a partner in Tele-Mark A/S and, in close collaboration with Mads, shares the strategic and managerial responsibility for the company’s continued growth and development. Their professional partnership was founded in the 1990s during their studies at the Aarhus School of Business and has since formed the foundation for Tele-Mark A/S’s strong position in the market. Allan has overall responsibility for the management of all customer projects, operations and project management in Tele-Mark A/S. His responsibility is also to ensure that we retain and attract the industry’s most talented contact agents. He is also responsible for ensuring that Tele-Mark A/S contact agents are always the most up-to-date in the industry with the latest skills and methods within BtB meeting booking. As responsible for all analyses the company conducts for customers, Allan is also a central figure in Tele-Mark’s advice and insight to customers here. With extensive experience in analysis work, he helps Danish companies carry out analyses that are both simple and effective, and that can be translated directly into valuable insight and action by the customer. Allan has been part of Tele-Mark A/S since 1992 and holds a Master of Science (MSc) from Aarhus School of Business, which supports his in-depth understanding of strategic and operational management. His combination of analytical competence and hands-on management experience makes him a central driving force behind Tele-Mark’s continued success and market leadership position.
Oanh Van

Oanh was hired full-time at Tele-Mark A/S in 2011 after graduating from Aarhus School of Business with a BA in English & Business Communication. Oanh is also the last colleague to be hired in a student job. This happened when we hired Oanh back in 2008 as a data collector. She also quickly became involved in BtB meeting booking – an area where she quickly showed special abilities. When Oanh was about to finish her studies in 2011, it was only natural for Tele-Mark to keep her in the company. Her talent for meeting booking and insight into customer needs needed to be put to use for the benefit of even more customers, and she was offered a role as project coordinator. Here, she demonstrated a special talent for understanding and meeting customer wishes, and her ability to build strong relationships and ensure long-term customer satisfaction quickly led to a promotion to project manager. As project manager, Oanh plays a crucial role in retaining and developing a number of Tele-Mark’s most important customers. Her in-depth insight into the customers’ business and her ability to create tailored solutions have resulted in strong and long-lasting collaborations. Oanh is also a skilled leader who, with great empathy, is able to motivate and develop employees in Tele-Mark’s team. She creates an engaging and developing workplace where employees thrive and perform at their best, which strengthens the project organization and ensures high quality in deliveries to customers.
Britt Berentzen
- Project management
In August 2020, we were lucky enough to have Britt walk through the door of our lovely domicile. With a background as an Academy Economist in International Trade and Negotiation Techniques and many years of experience with technical project sales, the match was perfect, and we therefore quickly hired Britt. It quickly became clear that Britt, as expected, was a completely competent contact intermediary and a really good colleague. The customers she served bought more and more after just a few months with Britt as a contact intermediary, so it wasn’t long before more contact intermediaries had to step in so that we could deliver what Britt’s customers bought. It soon became clear that Britt could do more than just book good meetings. Britt’s flair for, and way of serving and guiding customers is completely in line with Tele-Mark A/S DNA. Britt also has a remarkable ability to give her colleagues insight and knowledge about the projects, target groups and decision-makers that need to be contacted for and together with Britt. Britt currently works as both a contact intermediary and project coordinator, a role that many of our customers and, not least, colleagues greatly benefit from.
Jens Dahlen Lund
- Employee Success Manager
Jens has been part of Tele-Mark since 2022. Just like the rest of us, Jens started as a contact broker. Since the summer of 2024, he now fills the role of Employee Success Manager.
With +30 years of experience as a sales manager in the financial sector, he possesses deep insight into what characterizes qualified BtB meetings, as well as how these are best booked.
Jens is responsible for ensuring that new contact brokers get the best possible start, build confidence in booking BtB meetings and achieve success in the job.
In addition, he serves as a resource for all employees who can seek sparring, inspiration and optimization of meeting booking across tasks and industries.
The goal is to ensure that each contact agent thrives while delivering the high quality that Tele-Mark is known for. This way, Tele-Mark A/S will continue to have the industry’s most competent and experienced contact agents in the future.
Connie Nolin
- Finance and personnel
Connie is trained in an auditing firm and is also a business economist in accounting. Connie has 30 years of experience in bookkeeping, debtors, creditors, finance and payroll. For the past 18 years, she has been employed at Tele-Mark A/S. One of Connie’s most important tasks is to ensure one of the things that employees generally consider important, namely zero errors in payroll payments. She is also the one who effectively handles the bookkeeping, and she is the friendly lady who keeps track of our debtor list.
Trille
- Office dog
Trille is our office dog and is an indispensable part of everyday life in the office. She is known for her calm and curious disposition and her ability to create a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Whether she is welcoming guests with a wagging tail or lying down and relaxing, Trille contributes to the good everyday life at Tele-Mark A/S.
