In an industry where work can be mentally demanding, we at Tele-Mark A\/S give high priority to the working environment, well-being and job satisfaction of our employees. Our ambition is clear: We want to be the best workplace in the telemarketing industry. A healthy working environment is crucial for our shared well-being, and strengthens both commitment, motivation and the ability to retain employees. When we thrive, it creates a positive atmosphere that leads to better teamwork, higher seniority, higher quality work, happier customers and ultimately a stronger bottom line. It’s not really rocket science.<\/p>\n
The Danish Working Environment Authority’s latest inspection report without any comments shows that we are on the right track. However, we are aware that the working environment can always be improved and that requirements and needs change over time. Therefore, we will continue to focus heavily on developing our working environment. To ensure that we constantly receive relevant feedback, we conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys \u2013 no later than spring 2024.<\/p>\n
